Apply for support for subprojects

Does your company, association or organization have an idea that develops our rural areas, but needs a less support to get started? Then a sub-project could be the right way to go!

Subprojects – a little faster, a little easier

We know that even small initiatives can lead to big effects. That is why it is possible to apply for support to implement sub-projects within the framework of umbrella projects that we at Upplandsbygd run.

Good to know

  • Subprojects are an opportunity to seek support without starting a large project of your own. This means less administration and faster decisions.

  • There is a specific pool of money to distribute to sub-projects that fit the focus of the umbrella project.

This is how it goes

Below you can see what opportunities are currently available. Application forms can be downloaded from the page for each umbrella project.

The application is emailed to us at the office. If it needs to be supplemented, you will be notified of what is missing or needs to be changed. The sub-project needs to contribute to the goals and objectives of the umbrella project and is assessed based on the sustainability spindle. Remember to make sustainable purchases of goods and services! Use the second-hand market when possible and follow our meeting and travel policy.

The assessments are carried out on an ongoing basis and are decided by three of our board members.
