Internship or thesis 

Upplandsbygd is now opening its doors to interns and thesis workers who want to join in and make a real difference locally. If you would like to contribute to a sustainable transition through locally led development, send a personal letter to kansli@upplandsbygd.se

What we offer

– Internships for at least 8 weeks full-time or the opportunity to write a thesis with us.

Application

Upplandsbygd is positive about accepting interns, but since we think it is important to be able to offer a meaningful internship period, we always do so as time and need allow.

NOTE! When you do your internship or thesis with us, you must be insured through your university/college. Please indicate whether you are eligible for insurance in your application.

About us

We at Upplandsbygd are a non-profit association that works with locally led development through the use of the LEADER method, a proven method for rural development within the EU. Our goal is to strengthen the non-profit sector and to let the residents of our area participate in shaping the development of their own place. We know that there are many changemakers, entrepreneurs and local enthusiasts who are passionate about positive social development in our geographical area. We support and develop their initiatives, finance local development projects and work to build networks and spread knowledge.
