Discovery trail in Skyttorp

Skyttorp Forest Garden wants to increase people's contact with and time spent in nature. They currently lease land in Skyttorp that is overgrown, and see great potential in the area. Therefore, they now want to build a discovery trail, to make the trail more accessible and exciting to walk on. 

The path will lead visitors through the bush without disturbing local residents, while also showcasing conservation efforts such as rice structures, insect hotels and birdhouses. Along the way, artwork and playful figures, created together with the church's children's groups, will arouse curiosity in both children and adults. In addition, information signs will be set up to inform about the efforts that have been made and why they matter.

The project aims to increase people's contact with nature, spread knowledge about biodiversity and create an inviting place for meetings and learning. The goal is a path that combines aesthetics, playfulness and nature conservation where both people and species thrive. Through workshops, information signs and creative activities, the place will become a destination that strengthens both the environment and the community in Skyttorp
