Cultivation knowledge for a sustainable society

Through practical experience, real-life experiences and theoretical knowledge, the project will concretize sustainable food production for students and staff.

Tuna Grönsaker will share the different phases of the growing season in various ways throughout the year.

All knowledge, facts and results from the project will be used to write a method manual on sustainable food production together with the Waldorf School. This manual will be offered to farmers, schools and other actors in cultivation. This manual will offer advice to start the same kind of collaboration.
