Lövstalöt ice rink

Lövstalöt Villaförening has previously invested in the ice rink to reduce the amount of water used to create the ice. Now, through this sub-project, they want to renovate the ice rink's edge, build more benches and boules courts, with the goal of eventually being able to create more activities for residents in the area.

Activities such as a skating disco and skating school, focused on hockey and figure skating. They want to create more places for residents to gather in community and reduce the feeling of having to go somewhere else for these activities.

With this renovation and these activities, they want to increase the social interaction between residents in Lövstalöt, through more and varied activities to reach out to more people and create interaction across generational boundaries. This is also done by offering activities for free and at cost price to create greater inclusion.
