In the project, Solbo Gård will build an underground cellar to be able to store vegetables and thus be able to grow more and sell more for a longer period of time.
The company will also purchase a mobile greenhouse to increase the production of heat-requiring vegetables, extend the season and change the growing location regularly, which contributes to more sustainable soil.
Motivation of the Board:
The greenhouse can extend the season and sell more heat-requiring vegetables. The underground cellar also contributes to an extended season. This helps to increase economic stability.
