Digital service development. Prototype part 1 Digital Transformation Arena

In this project, the company Digital Intelligence through Marie Andervin will develop a new service, the digital Transition Arena. It is a tool/means that helps different groups achieve common goals that support sustainable development and provides support to both initiators and participants and stakeholders in the transition process.

In this project, Digital Intelligence wants to satisfy the need for mobilization of business, civil society, citizens and universities to meet the climate and sustainability goals. The mobilization needs to be local, regional and national. Often, the transition work is led by the public, strategic innovation program, authority, region or a municipality, but all other actors also need to be involved in the mobilization. By bringing together a diversity of actors to work together and learn from each other, the transition is accelerated.
The goal of a transition arena is to increase knowledge and commitment to creating a positive transition, create strong networks where different parts of society collaborate for the common good, and test new ways of working and solutions, learn from each other, and work for a sustainable and stable future.

In this project, Digital Intellience will build a website, a prototype for a digital transformation area. It will be both developed and evaluated during the project.

Motivation of the Board:

The project contains a lot of learning about building digital platforms that will promote transformation in collaboration. The activities are stable and existing and are complemented by increasing activities. The platform will ultimately enable a sustainable transformation
