About the project

Villa Cosmos through Jacob Marinko, in Lindbacken outside Uppsala, was granted project support to develop a program where people are given tools to manage stress and pressure and try to find their individual balance for the best possible well-being.

Villa Cosmos wants to develop to meet people where they are, to be able to make knowledge available in different formats and places through blended learning, digital as well as practical. Over time, they want to make the offer available in different ways at a lower cost for target groups with fewer resources. They want to do this through online training and programs in combination with physical meetings in different formats. With activities, training and retreats in local nature where people can explore and discover biodiversity, raise awareness of the risk of forest areas being
that exist around Uppsala (Vedyxaskogen primarily) is being reduced with the expansion of the city.
This project is about developing an innovative way to teach in a blended environment, both digital and on-site.

Motivation of the Board:

Good activities that lead to inclusion. Uses nature as a healing force. Good
opportunities for implementation.

Support 50,000 SEK
