Invitation workshop:
”Unique tasting menus created from local products”
Do you want to help create an attractive food destination that is based on Stockholm County's food culture and food identity?
Are you a producer or restaurant owner in northern Stockholm and the surrounding area and are curious about the possibilities of food tourism? Then this half-day workshop is for you.
For 3 hours + lunch, we will explore together how we can collaborate, co-package and elevate our local flavors and each other's businesses by creating unique meal experiences.
A menu to be proud of, created from local products.
We draw inspiration from the Stockholm Meal, a 3-course meal story about the county's past, present and future.

The workshop is led by Lotta Strinnholm, a meeting place developer with extensive experience in the tourism industry in Stockholm County.
