Personal data that we collect in order to perform our work is name, email address, telephone number, social security number, organization number, postal address, bank account number, bankgiro number, plusgiro number, name of organization and photos. We only collect the personal data that is relevant for the given purpose.
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties. We do not store personal data longer than required by law and agreement. For statistical purposes, we de-identify the information. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have stored about you. You can request correction of incorrect data and, in some cases, deletion.
Website and social media
The Swedish Board of Agriculture requires us to communicate and provide information about our operations. Therefore, information about projects is shared on social media and our website.
Network
When you sign up for the network, we store your email address so we can contact you. When you want to leave the network, contact us and we will delete your email address.
