Micaela Zackrisson together with Östhammar's business association is moving forward in the process of creating a local food network in Östhammar. The idea is to develop an action plan for the new platform. And at the same time establish a new project in collaboration with the municipality.
About the project
In Matkällan part 2, Micaela Zackrisson, together with Östhammar's business association, wants to build on the previous SWOT analysis from the previous sub-project. The food source part 1. By developing a detailed action plan that defines activities, responsibilities and timeframes for a new common platform.
A common platform where food producers, growers, processors and other actors in the food industry can collaborate to create a stronger local economy, reduce food waste and promote sustainable agriculture.
They also want to establish and anchor a new project in collaboration with Östhammar Municipality by mobilizing relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
