Cultural Center, Järnboden summer 2019

They want to create a vibrant, free cultural center in Järnboden, Harg, for a few summer months. June 22 – August 4, 2019.

The value for the residents of Östhammar and having a small art center to visit during the summer is great. They are aimed at children, teenagers and adults and offer high-quality cultural experiences. 

11 members of the association will set up their own exhibitions. Every day, visitors are guided through the exhibitions by one of the artists and gain insight into the history of the house and Hargs Mill.

Among other things, they will hold a workshop one day/week where visitors can create under artistic guidance and participate in our project ”creative creations”. Participants will also be able to build ”bee hotels”. Music evenings will also be held.
