Alsike F05
In the project, they plan to start their own coaching training for girls in the 05th grade on a Saturday where they will learn the basics of becoming good leaders, as well as being able to teach others.
About the project
On the second occasion, the idea is to get a trained player or coach there to hold a joint training session for F05 together with P05. Maybe also invite other teams. For example P06 together with F06.
The project aims to end with a ”training camp” for the younger players in the club where the leaders can use their knowledge from previous coaching training. The project’s ”camp” is dedicated to younger girls.
The camp ends with planting environmentally friendly plant boxes that protect both our existence at the clubhouse and our planet.
