Activity workshop
Rasbo IK

In this project, Rasbo IK is developing its clubhouse by creating an activity workshop for simple carpentry and assembly work. The workshop can be used by different groups, especially people from the LSS accommodation Imera, who rent the clubhouse during the day. The aim is to make the premises more inclusive and accessible to more target groups.

The project has involved setting up a workshop, a wood-chopping and barbecue area, and has also set up birdhouses and insect hotels on the sports field to promote biodiversity. This has been done in collaboration with the LSS housing and FUB Uppsala, and a large part of the work has been voluntary, corresponding to 300 hours.

The project has led to a frequently used workshop, a social barbecue area and a more vibrant clubhouse. In the long term, the project will contribute to more activities, increased collaboration between associations and social activities and a more inclusive meeting place in the Rasbobygden area.
