Welcome to a full evening for you recreational growers who want to strengthen your knowledge and network about emergency farming in Vallentuna and the surrounding area! Feel free to bring your children - we will arrange a craft table in the venue.
Plant exchange day at Orkesta community center at 4–7 p.m.: The plant exchange is arranged by the local community association and you can read more here. No registration is required to participate.
Inspiring and informative lecture with Valerie Hasler on emergency farming at 6 p.m.: Registration is required, see below.
Valerie Hasler has written the book "Contingency farming: getting ready with homegrown vegetables" and runs the platform beredskapsodling.se.

Time: 6–9 p.m.

- 6:00 PM: Introduction and welcome – the co-organizers and Anette Holmberg talk about her role as development leader for civil defense in Vallentuna municipality
- 6:20 PM: Lecture with Valerie Hasler about emergency cultivation for recreational growers
- 7:20 p.m.: Break and coffee
- 7:30 p.m.: Question time
- 8:00 PM: Networking, mingling and the opportunity to give each other tips about what's going on and how we can collaborate. We're making a joint bulletin board - bring it with you if you want to put something up!
- 9:00 PM: End at the latest
Registration: Registration is closed, but it is okay to come unannounced without food.
