These questions and more will be explored during a full-day conference at Wik Castle on November 9. To guide us through this exciting day, we have invited three knowledgeable speakers and experts in the field: Pia Anderson, Sverige2030 and 5v to 5p, Louise Hård af Segerstad, Stockholm Resilience Center/ AlbaEco and Mats Thorburn, Vice President of Fjärdhundraland. Their insights will open up discussions about how we can balance economic goals with social and environmentally friendly methods.

About the lecturers:
Pia Anderson
Pia Anderson is a brand strategist, author, lecturer and workshop leader. In her lecture, Pia describes in more detail how the future raison d'être of companies is less driven by the wallet and more by the heart. It is no longer just about finding your USP (unique selling point) but your SSP (Sustainable Selling Point). Pia has a passionate commitment to sustainable business development in both small and medium-sized entrepreneurs. She has developed the 5Vtill5P model, which shows in ten steps how an entrepreneur can connect their vision to the global goals and in this way let social, ecological and economic sustainability permeate the entire entrepreneur's business model.
Louise Hard of Segerstad
Louise Hård af Segerstad is a resilience expert and research communicator. She has, among other things, worked with resilience analysis of municipal food supply and trained many different businesses on what sustainability is in a changing, complex world. Louise is a consultant in sustainable development and resilience, which includes contributing cutting-edge expertise and supporting organizations to develop their sustainable entrepreneurship. Albaeco is an independent, non-profit organization that has worked as a bridge between research and various societal actors for over 20 years. AlbaEcomed at the founding of the Stockholm Resilience Center at Stockholm University and has collaborated with researchers there and their international networks over the years.
Mats Thorburn
Collaboration – is it compromising and trying to agree on something that none of those involved believe in and are passionate about? We often end up there, but it doesn't have to be that way. By starting from the individual commitment, and supplementing it with joint efforts and themes, we can reach further and build something bigger together – without compromising ourselves. Mats Thorburn is vice chairman of Fjärdhundraland economic association, graphic designer and bases the lecture on practical experiences from the work of building the destination Fjärdhundraland, together, over ten years. Fjärdhundraland started as a Leader project in 2009 and is now an established destination with over a hundred members in seven municipalities and three counties in 2019. It is about the importance of collaboration, local development, external monitoring and target groups for small-scale quality. The content of the lecture is taken from reality and is filled with concrete advice and tips on how both as an individual and as a project manager can build successful collaborations.
