About the Project
The project aims to support adults in exclusion by creating a sense of connection, community and development opportunities. Through practical training in gardening, simple carpentry and the environment and sustainability, the association wants to strengthen the participants' skills and increase their opportunities for participation in society.

CASE

1. Social inclusion – Identify the individual's needs and desires, take advantage of their knowledge and create a meaningful community.
2. Skills development – Offer training in gardening, carpentry, and the environment and sustainability
3. Individualized support – Work according to case management model to analyze the participants' conditions and provide continuous guidance and customized information.

Activities

• Equipment and materials – Acquire the necessary equipment and tools to enable the training.
• Practical training – Conduct courses in gardening, carpentry and sustainability with easily accessible instructions in both text and images.
• Supervision and material support – Provide educational materials with clear and easy-to-learn instructions to facilitate learning.

The project will help participants gain new knowledge, strengthen self-confidence and an increased sense of connection, which can lead to improved opportunities in working life and society.
