The project intends to organize local meetings where the focus is on downtown development.

Previously, Östhammar Municipality organized a general inspirational lecture that was very appreciated, and based on this occasion, requests were made for location-specific follow-up - where the focus of the discussions could be placed on each location.

The project believes that local meetings are an invaluable tool for reaching more local actors, groups, associations and organizations and thereby creating new platforms for collaboration.

The groups in each location are given the opportunity and stimulus to use their shared strengths, needs and strengths to highlight their own location's identity and common goals.
