We are now in the third year of the program period &quot;Strategic Plan 2023-2027&quot;, and the summary below shows the development during the period 2023\u20132025. The work continues at a high pace, with several upcoming projects expected to contribute to a continued strong outcome in the future.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Upplandsbygd is an association that is part of the EU-funded LEADER program. LEADER is based on cooperation between the public, non-profit and private sectors. The municipalities contribute financial funds together with the EU and the Swedish state, while project owners contribute both non-profit time and private resources to the projects that Upplandsbygd supports.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Below is a diagram illustrating both the municipalities&#039; financial contributions to LEADER projects (input) and the total value created (outcome) up to 31 December 2025:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Effort<\/strong>: Municipalities&#039; financial contributions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>Result:<\/strong> Total resources mobilized, including EU and state funds, municipal funding, non-profit resources and private funding.
