For two intensive days, we, together with producers, entrepreneurs, municipal representatives and committed stakeholders, have gathered to talk about something that affects us all, namely the food on our plates.<\/p>\n
The conference<\/a> is opened by our own Jenny Kangas, who talks about the "flour ring" and sets the tone for the days. We need to increase understanding of the entire local food chain, and how each actor contributes to our common preparedness.
